All exhibits should arrive at the Entry Terminals, nearest to the Exhibition-site on the following dates:

Exhibits being arrival after such dates, it causes urgent processing and clearance at optional charge which will be incurred on the cost.

The B/L and Form A should be AIRMAILED /COURIERED to Transit Fairservice Company at least 1 week before the arrival of vessel in China.
The Form A should be attached to the Airway Bill.

FORM A INSTRUCTION
The Full meaning of Form A is a Declaration Form for Temporary Importing Exhibits.
Form A should be made in full details, such as description of commodity, quantity, an unit value in U.S. dollars of CIF terms, as well as dimension, weight and Customs Code No.
Form A has written both ENGLISH and CHINESE which should be filled and delivered to the official Forwarder directly by exhibitors after their confirmation of participation.The freight price of payment will be sent by forwarder upon it.
