PARTICIPATION WILL KEEP FOR PROCESSION TILL THE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Payment: 30% deposit of required booth fee need wire to Standard Exhibition (China) Consultant Service Ltd or its appointed domestic account with the Participation Form delivery in same time, the balance is paid one month before the Event. If fail to pay the balance at one month before the Event without cancellation required before it (only reason for visa rejection), the deposit will be forfeited.
If fail to get US entry visa that exhibitor won't participate the said Exhibition, to cancel it one month before the Event that the booth deposit will be refundable to the payer within one month. |
