Advertising, logos, exhibit displays and booth structures shall
meet the following specifications:
Linear booths shall not exceed eight feet in height
Linear perimeter booths (those only against
a perimeter wall ) may exceed the height limit of eight feet by
two feet to 10 feet, with signage only (no displays). A written
request from the exhibiting company for approval by the exposition
management, Standard, must be submitted at least 30 days prior to

An amazing value at an exceptional price, literature tables provide
great exposure even on the tightest of budgets. The Literature tables
will be located in the networking lounge, one of the busiest places
at the show, so it will be sure and take advantage of this opportunity
to display your company's most valuable information.
Tabletop display space (4'L x 2'W) will be available of US$200
for conference attendant. This room will be open throughout the
conference for attendees, that companies may display their materials
by purchasing literature table. The exhibitors are responsible for
setting up their own literature tables to display. The standing
signs, are not to exceed 20"H x 36"L ,and not post on
the wall and access to the electricity being allowed. The literature
tables will be available for placement of materials after on Apr 26. Organizers will not assume responsibility of any items displayed
on or underneath the table. Materials must be removed no later than
18:00, Apr 28. Any left-over materials will be discarded. Participating
companies will be responsible for their own literature table set-up.
You are entitled to four (4) exhibitor booth personnel badges per
10' x 10' booth (ie. Per 100 square feet). Extra exhibitor badges
may be purchased at a cost of US$100.00 each for the Carrier-Net Event attendees.
These fees for extra booth personnel badges are for the show floor
only. If you would like to access all events (sessions, etc.), you
should pay full conference registration cost. Badges must be picked
up on-site at the registration desk on an individual basis (NO BADGES
WILL BE MAILED IN ADVANCE). Work Pass will be available on-site
for personnel who will be working in your booth ONLY DURING SET-UP
AND DISMANTLE PERIODS. Do not request exhibitor badges for any individuals
who will not be manning your booth during show hours. Please note:
Telephone registrations are NOT accepted. The exhibitor booth blocks
will be held till Mar 25, 2004.

On-site Registration at Organizer of APCA Registration Room will be
opened on Apr 25 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM , and Apr 26 -
27 (if any) from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in China World Hotel. Personnel
who have not pre-registered via this form must request a badge on-site
at the exhibitor registration desk. The attendees are required to
wear the badge for identity to attend the Conference and its functions.
Cancellation, Substitutions & Refunds, invitation
Registration fees are refundable by Written notification (e-mail
or fax available) for the cancellation (if) which must be received
before Mar 25, 2004.
Cancellation Policy -- handling fee will be charged.
- A US$100 handling fee will apply for cancellation Conference
- No refunds will be granted after Mar 25, 2004.
- Attendees substitutions may be made before Mar 25, 2004.
After that date, substitutions will only be accepted ON-SITE with

- Exhibition Participation is Non-refundable.
- Invitation for visa application: The Charge is US$100 for each
participant who needs it.
Wiring payment is available for Conference Registration and exhibition
participating, credit card is not acceptable.

APCA's Guidelines for Processing Press Registrations apply to all
APCA meetings and conferences and are subject to change without
notice. Attendees who seek press registration must meet these guidelines.
APCA reserves the right to request press credentials before authorizing
any press registration upon completion of any form of registration
for this or any APCA event. Any discrepancies and/or questions should
be brought to the attention of APCA's PR Dept. prior to processing
the registration. Eligibility for press credentials does not include:
1. Sales and marketing representatives of publications (who generally
focus on advertising and subscription sales) are not eligible for
press registrations 2. Wall Street analysts 3. Persons who work
for private companies, and write for their company's internal newsletter.
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for
the first and last night's stay.
Please note: Room deposits will be refunded for cancellations
received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and
a cancellation number obtained. If cancellation is made within 14
days of arrival, you will lose your deposit.
The Housing Bureau of APCA will handle the hotel reservation for
the attendees of the Carrier-Net Event Conference, and all the reservations are guaranteed
either with a major credit card number (reference needed) or by
wiring payment. The commission charges for different types of credit
card are according to the policy of each hotel or bank. If you are
wiring, your payment should include the amount of two night's stay.
Cut-off date for making reservations by the Housing Bureau of APCA
is Mar 25, 2004. All room rates are per room, per day (night),

the Expo, and offers a chance for advertising sponsors to have their
name in front of all participants during the conference. The Show
Directory will be published in a 8 1/2" x 11" and a pocket
